Daily Field Visits: Visit customers at their residence or business premises to recover pending dues.
Payment Collection: Collect payments through cash, cheque, or digital methods and deposit them securely.
Customer Interaction: Explain outstanding dues clearly, negotiate repayment terms, and handle objections or disputes tactfully.
Follow-up & Escalation: Conduct regular follow-ups on commitments; escalate non-cooperative or high-risk cases.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of visits, recovery status, and customer feedback. Submit daily reports to the manager.
Compliance: Ensure collections are done in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
