Job Title: Field Runner
Department: Operations / Administration / Logistics (as applicable)
Reports to: Operations Manager / Field Supervisor
The Field Runner is responsible for providing on-ground operational support, ensuring timely completion of tasks that require physical presence outside the office. This includes handling deliveries, document collection, field coordination, and assisting teams with day-to-day requirements in the field. The role demands punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
Perform pick-up and drop-off of documents, parcels, or materials between office, clients, vendors, and government offices.
Assist in field coordination during company events, site visits, or client meetings.
Provide support to field staff by ensuring supplies, materials, or equipment are delivered as per requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, submissions, and collections.
Handle urgent or ad-hoc errands as directed by management.
Ensure company property, cash, or documents are handled responsibly and securely.
Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety protocols while on duty.
Minimum qualification: High School / Diploma .
2–4 years of experience in a field support / operations runner role.
Good knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and geography.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and willing to travel extensively.
Valid driver’s license.
Role involves field work and local travel.
May be required to work flexible hours depending on assignments.
