Job Description:

We are hiring for an Email Process Executive for a reputed banking client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the banking industry or 2 years of experience in other domain and be well-versed in handling customer queries and concerns through email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to customer queries via email in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or 2 year of experience in other domain

• Strong written communication skills

• Good understanding of banking products and services

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
