We are hiring for the position of Email Process Executive in the banking sector. This role involves handling customer service queries via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to banking services

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues

• Adhere to quality and compliance standards set by the organization

• Manage a high volume of emails efficiently within TAT

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry (customer service or back office)

• Excellent written communication and comprehension skills

• Good knowledge of banking products and services

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email systems, CRM tools)

• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive customer information
