Job Description:

We are hiring for Customer Support Executives to join our Domestic Voice Process team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English and be comfortable handling customer queries over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls in a professional manner

• Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer interactions

• Follow communication scripts and company policies

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi and/or English)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
