• Convert leads and conversations into confirmed orders through friendly and persuasive communication.

• Follow up with abandoned carts or pending queries to close sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, returns, and escalations.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication in English.

• Comfortable using chat, email, and CRM tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of conversations.

• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy in customer interactions.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce is a bonus.
