Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or virtual relationship management (VRM) systems.
Resolve customer queries, provide accurate banking information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines as per banking norms.
Education: Graduate (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking or BFSI domain.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Versant Level 5 required).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer handling abilities.
Salary: ₹32,500 CTC
