9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Week Off: As per company policy

💰 Salary:

₹14,000/- Take Home + Other Benefits

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation is mandatory (Any degree)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any domain (BPO experience preferred)

🗣️ Skills Required:

• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Ability to handle customer queries via email and chat efficiently

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints via email and chat support

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Update records of interactions and escalate unresolved issues if required
