Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide students regarding courses, career paths, and admission processes

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and inquiries on WhatsApp/email

• Provide detailed information on programs, curriculum, fees, and placement support

• Maintain engagement with leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions

• Assist in enrollment procedures and documentation

• Conduct webinars, counselling sessions, and campus walk-ins smoothly

• Build strong relationships with students and parents

• Maintain CRM records and track admissions performance

• Collaborate with marketing & academic teams for promotional activities
