About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in Call Centre operations to lead our online sales, customer engagement and support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platform(s).
· Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.
· Oversee order processing, product listings, inventory management and logistics coordination.
· Integrate customer service insights from Call Centre operations to improve the online shopping experience.
· Lead a team to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, complaints and escalations.
· Analyze data on sales performance and service metrics to drive actionable improvements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in E-commerce management with exposure to Call Centre operations.
· Knowledge of online sales channels, digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
· Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
· Familiarity with Call Centre KPIs (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).
