Job Description:

We are urgently hiring for the position of Franchise Data Verification Executive. The role involves outbound calling to verify active/inactive franchise data under a reputed educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound survey calls to franchises

• Verify and update franchise activity data

• Record feedback and maintain accuracy in data entry

• Follow call scripts and reporting procedures as provided

• Ensure timely completion of assigned calling targets (Note: No sales targets)

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency:

  • Hindi: Mandatory

  • English: Must be able to understand and respond clearly

• Educational Qualification: Graduation and above

• Age: Open to suitable candidates with maturity and professionalism

• Prior experience in outbound calling, surveys, or feedback collection will be an added advantage
