Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives
  
  

• Allocate daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  
  

• Conduct daily briefings and motivate the team
  
  

• Monitor performance regularly
  
  

🔹 Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Execute showroom sales plans
  
  

• Support team in customer interaction and closing deals
  
  

🔹 Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure excellent customer service
  
  

• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly
  
  

🔹 Training & Development:

• Train and guide new team members
  
  

• Assess and enhance team performance
  
  

🔹 Reporting & Coordination:
