About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to manage and guide our support team, ensuring excellent service delivery and quick issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling a support team, setting performance standards, and maintaining a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the customer support team.
Monitor and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Train and motivate team members for consistent performance improvement.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on team performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline support processes.
Handle escalated cases and ensure customer delight through effective communication.
Requirements:
Graduate
1 year of experience in customer support or team handling roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Ready to join immediately.
