Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts and Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day service coordination, handle vendor communication, resolve queries, prepare basic quotations/equations, and assist with account-related tasks. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and the local language and be comfortable handling calls and emails professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to accounts and service

• Coordinate with vendors and clients for service updates and issue resolution

• Prepare and share basic quotations/equations as required

• Handle service-related and billing queries efficiently

• Draft and respond to emails professionally

• Maintain accurate service and account records

• Support the accounts team with documentation and coordination tasks

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain good client/vendor relations

Requirements:

• Experience in service coordination or accounts support roles is preferred

• Good communication skills in English and the local language

• Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing processes is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and coordination tools

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
