Job Requirements:
-2 to 3 years of experience in blended process (Chat/email/calling) as a Team Leader for customer service
-At least team management experience of 1 year
-Roster planning, Queue management, Performance management etc.
-Good communication skills - English and Hindi
-Should be willing to work 6 days/Week
-Morning and Mid shifts depending on requirements
-Good excel skills
Team handling experience is compulsory on paper.
