We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Sales) to join our team at Globiva for the Flipkart CABN Process.
The role offers a competitive in-hand salary of ₹21,800 and involves handling customer interactions, delivering excellent support, and driving product/service sales in the e-commerce sector.

Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Respond to queries, complaints, and feedback with a customer-first approach.
Accurately log interactions and follow-ups in the system.
Drive upsell opportunities and promote sales where applicable.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
Achieve KPIs such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum qualification: UG / Graduate / PG
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales roles.
Strong communication in English & Hindi.
Open to work for 6 days a week (rotational off), day shift only.
Candidates must be willing to take part in both virtual and face-to-face interview rounds.
Self-transport required (No cab provided).
