We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a teleshopping or similar environment. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding product inquiries, order placements, and service issues.

• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

• Process customer orders using CRM/order management systems.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly, professionally, and within defined turnaround times.

• Follow up on pending issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, offers, and promotions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably teleshopping, telesales, or e-commerce support).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer skills & experience with CRM software is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
