You will be responsible for handling inbound voice calls (primarily internal, non-sales), providing timely support and resolution to customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

• Deliver accurate information to resolve issues effectively.

• Collaborate with other teams to manage complex issues when necessary.

• Uphold company communication protocols and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Undergraduates

  • Graduates

• Languages Required: Average in English and at least one of the following: Kannada or Tamil

• Experience Range: Freshers can apply

• Work Days: 6-day work week

• Shift Type: Rotational shifts in a 24/7 work environment

  • Common shifts: 9 AM – 5 PM, 10 AM – 6 PM

  • Late shifts: 3 PM – 12 AM, 4 PM – 1 AM, etc.

  • Drop-off service provided for shifts ending after 9:30 PM
