We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling client queries through phone and email while providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer queries and concerns via email and phone.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, documents, and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Manage basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication flow.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in customer support, front office, or admin roles.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, time management, and multitasking ability.
Immediate joiners preferred.
