💻 Handle customer queries on Acer desktops, laptops & accessories

🖥 Troubleshoot issues like Blue Screen Errors, hardware/software differences, storage types

📚 Guide customers on computer components, OS, and specifications

🗂 Maintain accurate customer records in the system

📞 Follow Acer’s professional communication standards

🔄 Work in rotational shifts with timely resolution of assigned tickets

🎓 Qualifications

📜 Education: B.Com, BBM, B.Sc, BA, Diploma, BCA

🚫 Not eligible: BE, B.Tech

🗣 Languages: Hindi & English (Good English required)

🎯 Versant Level: 5

⏳ Work Schedule

📅 6 days working + 1 rotational off

⏰ Shifts:

👩 Females: 7 AM – 8 PM (Rotational)

👨 Males: 7 AM – 12 Midnight (Rotational)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

🆕 Fresher: ₹23,000/-

💼 Experienced: Up to ₹25,000/-

🎁 Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215/-
