Role Overview

As a Duty Service – Customer Support Assistant, you will be the face of Go Wash Xpress, ensuring customers have a seamless and pleasant experience at our self-service laundry station. Your role is pivotal in assisting customers with machine operations, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting appropriate washing/drying machines, and provide guidance on machine operations.
  
  

• Operational Support: Monitor machine usage, ensure cleanliness and functionality of the laundry area, and report any technical issues promptly.
  
  

• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide information about services and pricing.
  
  

• Booking Management: Assist customers with the online booking process, ensuring accurate slot reservations.
  
  

• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols.
  
  

• Feedback Collection: Encourage customer feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Essential:
  
  

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Bengali is a plus.

  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic computer literacy for managing bookings and customer records.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    
    

• Preferred:
  
  

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail.

  • Familiarity with self-service machines or laundry operations.

  • Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
