Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across voice and non-voice channels.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolution to customer queries.

• Support customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and process guidance.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.

• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi (additional languages a plus).

• Prior experience in BPO/customer service/technical support preferred but not mandatory.

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (24/7 operations for international process).

• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
