Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly.
Provide product/service information to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team or department.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call quality and resolution targets.
Stay updated with product knowledge and process updates.
Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
