Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented professionals to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves assisting customers through voice calls, semi-voice (calls + emails/chat), and chat process, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email support.
Resolve billing, product, technical, and service-related issues with accuracy.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.
Document customer queries and resolutions in CRM systems.
Achieve performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th / Diploma / Graduate [Freshers & Experience candidates welcome]
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken & written English (fluency required).
Typing speed: 25–30 % WPM with good accuracy (mandatory for chat process).
Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment including night shifts).Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills.Prior BPO / Customer Service experience preferred but not mandatory.Perks & Benefits:
