We are hiring Information Retrieval Officers (IROs) to assist callers by providing accurate information related to products, services, locations, and contact details. This is a non-sales role focused purely on customer support and information delivery.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally

Provide precise and relevant information based on customer queries

Retrieve and share data related to products, services, and businesses

Ensure every call meets quality and response time standards

Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy during interactions

Update records and documentation accurately in internal systems

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree (with or without arrears)

Age Limit: Up to 28 years

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication in English and regional language

Good listening skills and attention to detail

Basic typing and computer handling ability

Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation
