Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 Take Home)
Experienced: ₹27,000 CTC (₹22,000 Take Home)
1+ Years Exp: ₹30,000 CTC (₹25,000 Take Home)
Shift & Working Days:
Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 hours)
6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off
Experience Required:
Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
Educational Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication in English
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, navigation, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in corporate BPO or customer support
Knowledge of Tata products/services
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound queries for Tata services
Provide accurate solutions and updates to customers
Maintain logs and CRM records of customer interactions
Escalate issues promptly to ensure resolution
Ensure adherence to quality standards and process compliance
Support the team in achieving operational targets
