With rapid growth and an expanding vendor and customer base, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Executive to help us maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Customer Support:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve queries related to products, orders, delivery, payments, etc.
Respond to customer inquiries via call, chat, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Order Management:
Monitor and manage customer orders, including order tracking, fulfilment coordination, and post-order support.
Liaise with delivery partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Data Entry & Maintenance:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, order details, and other relevant data.
Update vendor and product listings when required.
Recruitment Support:
Make recruitment calls to potential candidates as per the provided guidelines.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
Maintain the recruitment tracker and follow up on scheduled interviews.
Customer Engagement:
Assist in customer retention by providing excellent service and handling complaints or escalations effectively.
Support customer onboarding and orientation on how to use the Online Dekho app.
