• 🎧 Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/AUS).

• 🛠 Troubleshoot basic technical issues (software/hardware/internet).

• 💬 Communicate clearly and confidently in English to resolve customer concerns.

• 📈 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with timely resolutions.

• 📝 Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.

• 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues.

• 🕒 Meet performance metrics like AHT, CSAT, First Call Resolution, etc.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 6 months experience• in International Voice Process / Tech Support.
