Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 18 to 35 years
• Education: Minimum HSC pass and above
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
• Language: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory
• Availability: Full-time only (No part-time work or studies)
• Proximity: Must reside within 1 hour of commute distance from office
• Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational weekly off between Monday to Thursday; weekends are working)
• Working Hours: Rotational day shifts between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Probation: 6 months (No leaves during probation except weekly offs)
• Flexibility: Should be open to extended working hours during festive or high sales periods

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand)
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives (based on revenue targets set by team lead)
• Bonus: Annual bonus of ₹9,000

• Includes spouse and up to 2 children
• Deductions: ₹200 PT deduction only (No PF)

For CRM Sales Executive:
• Experience in outbound calling is essential
• Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets
For CRM Customer Support Executive:
• Must be comfortable with voice (inbound) and non-voice (outbound) support
• Experience in handling escalation and delivery-related issues
