The Allied Outsourcing is hiring Customer Care Executives for a large US law firm. This role requires
excellent verbal and written communication skills. Only candidates with experience in an
international call center should apply. Candidates educated in convent schools are preferred. As our
clients are based in the US, this is a night-shift position with two consecutive days off per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer client queries via phone and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Ensure case files and documents are organized and readily available for lawyers.
3. Update case notes with details of client interactions.
4. Manage communication with clients regarding the progress of their cases.
5. Follow up with insurance companies and healthcare providers to obtain medical documents.
6. Enter and manage client information in the CRM software.
7. Be flexible and willing to undertake other responsibilities as required by the business.
8. Call insurance companies to set up claims.
Requirements:
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in an international call center is mandatory
