We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team in Marathahalli/Hebbal, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing top-notch support via calls.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex cases to senior team members when required.
Provide correct and complete information to customers.
Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: Freshers and Experienced .
Languages: Proficiency in English and regional languages (if any) is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Work Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)Domestic process / International process 5 days a week (2 weekly off).
Shift: Rotational or Day Shift (as per company schedule).
Location Requirement: Must be able to work from office in Marathahalli/Hebbal, Bangalore.
No Deposits Required: This job does not require any upfront payment or deposit.
Fixed salary between ₹19,500 – ₹25,000 per month.
Exposure to industry-level customer service processes.
