We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International UK Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and upselling products/services to ensure an excellent customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers as well as candidates with prior BPO experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in international customer service.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle international voice calls and assist UK-based customers with queries, complaints, or requests.

• Maintain a high standard of communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Upsell products and services wherever applicable, achieving assigned targets.

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet process goals and KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome (salary: ₹19,000 in-hand).

• Candidates with 6 months+ BPO experience are eligible for higher packages (up to ₹30,000 in-hand).

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts between 1:30 PM – 3:30 AM (9-hour shifts).

• Comfortable with 5 days working & 2 rotational week offs.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Experienced (6+ months in BPO): Up to ₹30,000 in-hand
