Handle customer queries via phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Achieve targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes
