Working Days & Hours

• 6 days a week

• Shift timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls with empathy and professionalism

• Assist customers with product and service queries (voice & non-voice)

• Record customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are resolved efficiently

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

• Act as a brand ambassador and contribute to a delightful customer experience

Who Should Apply

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (voice/non-voice)

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage pressure

• Must be a current or former pet parent

• Preferred: Experience in an e-commerce environment

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
