Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update the system accurately.
Follow process guidelines and meet daily/weekly targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers or candidates with BPO experience can apply.
Good communication skills in English + regional language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and clarity.
