Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team at Startek. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and respond to their queries professionally

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude

• Maintain customer records and update information accurately

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies

• Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

• Ability to speak Kannada or Telugu is preferred

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented attitude and patience in dealing with different types of customers
