Job Description: Customer Service Executive (Rotational Night Shift)

Shift Details:

• Rotational Night Shift: 9 hours between 6 PM and 6 AM IST.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing queries, complaints, and providing service support with a polite and patient demeanor.

• Efficiently resolve customer issues and provide accurate information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the problem-solving process.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Basic computer knowledge, including typing, CRM usage, and data entry.
