Rotational Night Shift: 9 hours between 6 PM and 6 AM IST.
Handle inbound customer calls, addressing queries, complaints, and providing service support with a polite and patient demeanor.
Efficiently resolve customer issues and provide accurate information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the problem-solving process.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge, including typing, CRM usage, and data entry.
A polite, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
