Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Email/Chat/In-call and Outbound calling process in any BPO, e-commerce, fintech, and any customer experience organization.
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
For Email/chat Typing speed must be in between 30-35 wpm.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or higher authorities.
Follow up with customers when necessary and ensure resolution.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Work from the office and 6 days of work (roster off).
Near Tonk Road, Dev Nagar (Maximum travel distance should be 10-12 km).
Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam language is a plus.
