Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (CSE) for Tamil-speaking roles. If you are fluent in Tamil and English, this is a great opportunity to start or build your career in customer service with a reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries effectively via call, email, or chat in Tamil and English

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Resolve product or service issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate (UG) or Fresher – No specific degree or experience required

• Language Proficiency:

  • Must be excellent in Tamil (mandatory)

  • Must have good communication skills in English

• Relocation:

  • Should be willing to relocate to Indore immediately upon selection
