Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries, processing orders, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Process sales orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics and production teams.
Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve customer experience.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
6 months-1 years of experience in customer support
Excellent communication skills in English and [regional language, if applicable].
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively..
