Job Summary:
We are looking for Outbound Telecallers to handle billing-related calls for US clients. The role involves making reminder or follow-up calls regarding pending payments or account-related queries. No product sales involved. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US customers regarding billing/payment reminders
Record call outcomes and update CRM accurately
Follow billing scripts and company procedures
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach on every call
Achieve daily call targets with quality
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred)
Prior experience in BPO or voice process (preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable with night shifts (US time zone)
Good listening skills and polite communication
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
Experience in billing/customer service calls is a plus
Also preferred freshers with good communication skills
