Handle customer queries through voice & non-voice channels
Provide accurate information and resolve issues
Maintain quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction
Eligibility:
UG Result Awaited / Any Graduate
12th Pass eligible for Freshers
No BE/B.Tech
Good English & Hindi communication skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts / early morning shift
Salary (CL 12 – Freshers):
CTC: ₹3,50,000
In-hand: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000
MIV: ₹2,500
Shifts & Working Days:
Rotational shifts OR early morning shift
5 days working
Assessments Required:
NV Versant: 54+
Voice Versant: 60+
