What would be the roles and responsibilities?
• Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
• Solving all product or service-related issues of the customers.
• Preparing the Customer Service Guidelines
• Keeping a Record of the Customers
• Give the right pitch to potential customers so they will buy the product
or avail themselves of the services.
• Keeping a proper record of the customers.
• Maintaining and updating customer information regularly.
• Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
• Making products and services reports by collecting and analysing the information
provided by the customers.

Desired Skills and Experience-
• SSC or higher education.
• Fresher or Experience
• Ability to communicate effectively Hindi & English language.
• Basic computer skills.
