Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Telecaller
Location: SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri, Chennai
Salary: ₹12,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree
We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong leadership, organizational, and customer negotiation skills to manage publication/project service interactions.
The role involves resolving author queries, ensuring smooth communication, training team members, and updating project data.
Social media management, content creation, campaign analysis, and coordination with advertising teams are also key aspects.
A customer-focused mindset, conflict resolution abilities, and a team-oriented attitude are essential for driving division profitability and customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to customers for sales and support
Answer incoming customer calls and resolve queries
Maintain customer records and follow up as necessary
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and incentives
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Good verbal communication in Tamil and basic English
Confidence and a polite phone manner
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Ability to work in a team environment
Qualification:
Open to candidates who have completed any degree (with or without arrears), discontinued degree programs, or diploma holders. Decent communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential and career break candidates.
Fixed salary of ₹12,000 per month
