Customer Support Executive – Day Shift (Guindy, Chennai)

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers welcome)
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of interactions and follow-up on unresolved issues.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the team lead or manager.
Required Skills:
Good communication in Hindi, English (knowledge of other South Indian languages is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office or computer systems.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility:
Education: 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
Age: 18 to 35 years.
