Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate product information, usage guidance, and service support.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems related to orders.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls & emails regarding product queries and customer grievances.
Gain an in-depth understanding of personal care and cosmetic products offered by the company.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer issues, resolutions, and feedback.
Highlight recurring issues to management for process improvement.
Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care.
