We are seeking a UK Survey Process BPO Executive to be a part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound surveys, analyzing responses, and ensuring that our client’s requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct surveys through inbound and outbound calls to gather market research data.
-Follow up with respondents to ensure complete and accurate survey data collection.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the survey process and client guidelines.
-Provide excellent customer service and support during survey interactions.
-Analyze responses and provide feedback to the project team for reporting purposes.
-Ensure timely completion of assigned surveys and meet performance targets.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to surveys.
-Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience in a BPO or call center ,particularly in UK Lifestyle Survey
-Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
-Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
-Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and survey tools.
-A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills:
-Prior experience with UK-based clients.
-Knowledge of market research methodologies.
