Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Schedule and manage consultation appointments efficiently.

• Handle patient inquiries and guide them regarding services, appointments, and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and appointments.

• Address and resolve customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate department.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and route them to the appropriate department when needed.

• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation.

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
