Position: Airline Help Desk Staff
Location: Mumbai Office (Travel Division)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Shift: Night Shift (approx. 10:00 PM IST onwards)
Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with bookings, status updates, and reservation management.
Provide information on airline policies and handle customer queries empathetically.
Collaborate with internal teams and manage CRM systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; experience in customer service/airline industry preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
