🔹 Job Summary:

Titan is hiring energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for lead generation roles at our Kudlu Gate location. This role involves interacting with potential customers, identifying opportunities, and generating qualified leads for our sales teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote Titan’s services/products.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and generate interest.

• Record and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.

• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.

• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office and CRM tools is a plus).

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

• Experience:

  • Freshers: Encouraged to apply.

  • Experienced: Preferably 6 months – 2 years in customer support or telecalling.

🔹 Salary Details:

• Fresher: ₹20,000 CTC / ₹17,000 Take Home

• Experienced: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹21,000 Take Home
